United in Faith now has two online giving options: text-to-give and online giving. You can give a donation through a secure, web-based Shelby program. See below for specific instructions on text-to-give and online giving.

 

Text-to-Give

Open your text messages and enter 773-902-0277 (this is United in Faith’s designated text-to-give phone number).

In the message field, type GIVE. Send text.

You’ll receive a text in response with further instructions, including a link to sign up for one time or recurring online giving.

Choose Sign In, then “Register for an Account”. After registering, go to “Give Now.”

Select fund you’d like to give to from the fund drop down menu (Regular Giving, Family Crisis Fund, St Cyprian)

Enter dollar amount.

If you are giving to more than one fund, please click “add donation” to add a different fund and amount.

Enter payment information.  Choose whether you would like to donate directly from your bank account or from a debit or credit card. [The fee is smaller with a direct donation from your bank account, “ACH,” than with a credit or debit card.]

Enter billing address and email address.

Tap submit.

Once you have signed up through text giving, you can text a dollar amount to that number, or use other keywords for different funds.

Online Giving

Online giving is secure and convenient. Go to: www.shelbygiving.com/app/giving/uif

​

Choose Sign In, then “Register for an Account”. After registering, go to “Give Now.”

Select fund you’d like to give to from the fund drop down menu (Regular Giving, Family Crisis Fund, St Cyprian)

Enter dollar amount.

Enter billing address and email address.

You can add a small amount to your gift to help United in Faith cover the cost of the billing service.  The amount is about 2.5% of the giving amount

 

You can also schedule a recurring gift by using that same link. You get to choose the amount, frequency, and date of donation

While logged into your profile, you can view scheduled gifts and look at your giving history. [This may take a few days before your online giving is connected with your giving history.]
