2019 Lenten Worship

The season of Lent is almost here. This year, Lent begins in early March and continues through the beginning of April. Each week in Lent, you are invited to gather at United in Faith on Wednesdays for prayer & study of one of the Easter Vigil Old Testament lessons.

This Lent, you are invited to join together with fellow Lutherans to reflect and give to ELCA World Hunger during the Forty Days of Giving (Lent). We will have a Forty Days of Giving devotional calendar (11”x17” double sided) and an in-house, take-home devotional (using Essential Jesus lessons at the beginning until March 31 and Easter Vigil lessons after). Families with young kids may also (or instead) choose to use the booklet “Do You See The Saviour?” (a search and find book with daily readings and activities)
